I was recently chosen, from a panel of industry expert judges, as one of 20 filmmakers to screen their work at the Zealous X event at the Bargehouse, Southbank London. 100 artists were chosen overall, across the mediums of art, photography, film, performance and music, and we were given the opportunity to showcase our work at this exhibition. The event ran over four days and was a great experience. I managed to speak to lots of the other artists exhibiting, which was a wonderful opportunity to find out more about their practices and inspirations.

Before my animation had been selected, I had volunteered to work as an exhibition invigilator at the event as I wanted more experience in arts events and wanted to get involved. It ended up being a busy weekend therefore! I feel very privileged to have been a part of it.
